Never in my life have I felt more free than when I began working with Janelle. I don’t even know if there are words that can accurately capture what Janelle does. 

Janelle has made me feel seen, and she has been my guide and support, allowing me to feel safe, while gently and lovingly pushing me to trust myself.

In just the few short months we have been working together, I have become a completely new woman. I am more confident,  more calm, more clear, more faithful, and more grounded than I have ever been. I have been able to heal wounds and work through blockages that caused me so much anguish before. 

The best part is that Janelle has opened up a door to a new possibility of living for me. She has validated that it is not only possible for me to live a life of freedom and joy, but that I deserve it. Never in my life have I felt so in love with life itself.

I came to know Janelle as part of a collaborative group we both belonged to. I was immediately drawn to her magnetic energy, her deep wisdom and her fresh perspective on business and life. 

Within the period of a few months, I experienced significant loss: two deaths, a divorce and the end of a significant partnership. As a result, I was overwhelmed with grief; the combined trauma of those life events shut me down. 

Janelle became a most valuable and cherished mentor and coach to me. Utilizing her knowledge of polyvagal theory (autonomic nervous system) and attachment theory, she helped me to become a more powerful observer of the emotions and patterns that continued to surface.

Using simple tools, Janelle helped me transition from unconscious behaviors of self-sabotage to conscious behaviors of self-mastery. She gave me permission to rest and restore. ...and encouraged me to go at my pace and do things my way on my terms versus the prescribed ways we think we’re supposed to approach life and healing. 

Janelle also guided me to understand the masculine and feminine energy that dwells within me and to connect with my feminine energy in a way I never have before.

I have been able to transcend, ascend, and step into my Truth and my Power because I had Janelle on my side and at my side. I am extremely grateful for her and her amazing-ness.

I started working with Janelle for a lot of reasons. Mainly they were to work on my confidence/insecurities, be less emotionally reactive and develop better coping mechanisms, slow down & be more in my feminine, and also to work on my codependency which causes me to have extreme relationship anxiety and constantly seek validation externally to me. I have never seen so much progress in myself in such a short amount of time. This is more than just therapy. I have been seeing a therapist since I was 8 years old and “talk therapy” is nothing compared to this. I went through SO much healing so quickly. It was like my healing was put on fast forward when working with Janelle.

It has now been around 6 months and I have never seen myself so emotionally stable in my life. I am now able to calmly respond to situations where I used to FREAK OUT in. In areas where I used to experience panic and anxiety, I now feel embodied and whole. I feel like a completely different person. I have finally found a sense of calm and a home inside of myself that I have been chasing my whole life.

On top of all of this, I started creating the confidence in myself to follow my dreams. In the time of working with Janelle I started my own podcast, made my first song, and noticed my social anxiety improve tremendously. It’s crazy how the ripple effect of working with Janelle spreads through all areas of your life. Janelle is so compassionate and understanding and made me feel SO safe and validated. She never judged me for anything and always listens so deeply. I am convinced she is magical. Working with her is easily the best investment I have ever made in my life.
